Athletic Trainer
The Athletic Trainer treats patients based on prescriptions. This treatment includes evaluation, developing a treatment plan with timeline, coding, order parts, order fabrication, return unused parts, fit, deliver, adjust, educate and follow up with patients. Properly document work performed; coordinate with office and technical staff to ensure timely completion and delivery of an appropriate and cost effective orthotic or prosthetic device.

Specific Duties
Patient Assessments, Formulate Treatment Plans
Coordinate with technicians and office staff
Comply with all manufacturer specifications (ex: weight ratings)
Implement Treatment Plans –provide patients with proper fit, function and form
Follow Up –on all treatment plans and outcomes (evidence based practice)
Practice Management:
Track and document information per patient
Complete assigned jobs in an efficient and timely manner
Order and document all parts needed for each patient, replace stock used
Respect patient privacy, assure confidentiality
Maintain Certification and/or License
Fully comply with all Company policies and procedures, including those detailed in the Employee handbook. Athletic Trainer reports to the owners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
