LEIN Corporation is looking to hire an Operation’s Manager
LEIN Corporation is a custom finishing, powder coating facility. We are looking for an Operation’s Manager. This person would see oversee day to day operations of the manufacturing facility. They will manage staff, production, and quality control, ensuring that the facility is running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
· Quality: Ensure products meet quality standards
· Safety: Ensure that the facility is safe and that employees follow safety protocols
· Inventory: Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are handled properly
· Staff: Train, supervise and evaluate employees
· Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant regulations
· Communication: Communicate with employees, suppliers, vendors, etc.
· Maintenance: basic upkeep of facility and minor maintenance repairs to equipment
Skills and Traits:
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal communication and listening ability
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to coach employees
· Understanding of maintenance engineering and manufacturing operations
· Prefer background in maintenance and management experience
