Print Customer Service Representative

Job Description

JOB IS LOCATED IN THE TOPEKA, KS AREA. COMPANY PROVIDES GENEROUS RELOCATION PKG.

Premier direct mail marketing and printing company in KS is busy. Due to expansion the company is hiring an experienced Print Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as a liaison between the customer, sales reps and the internal production teams.
• Oversee and manage the production of jobs from order entry through shipping.
• Coordinate communication between the sales reps, customers and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate the ordering of outside printed purchases needed to complete the jobs.
• Input work orders and purchase orders for outside vendors.
• Prepare completed jobs for billing.
• Satisfy the customer by delivering quality products with great services and value.
• Document, follow-up, and disciplined support of deadlines and communication are critical.
  
  

Qualifications include:

• Three years minimum customer service experience or print production/project management in the printing industry; direct mail preferred.
• Technical knowledge in printing operations including prepress, press, mailing, and finishing.
• Working knowledge of direct mail printing a plus.
• Basic computer skills in Word and Excel and Outlook.
• Strong basic math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
• Proficient on MSO, mainly Excel.
