Print Production Coordinator

Job Description

Privately owned and operated printing company in the Boston area is in growth mode. Due to client demand the company is hiring and experienced Print CSR/Production Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the clients, sales and production keeping all parties up to speed on job order status and any changes that occur.
• Service existing customers and take occasional calls from new customers.
• Research and price repeat and new orders with existing vendors as directed by the salesperson or directly from clients via email or by phone.
• Process orders electronically using in-house proprietary software.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years' customer service experience in commercial or promotional printing.
• Working knowledge of offset, digital and screen printing preferred.
• Excellent client relationship building and maintaining skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a high paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Proficient on MS Word and Outlook.
  
  

Starting salary range $70,000 - $80,000 benefits and 401k match.
