Print Production Manager

Job Description

Leading full service envelope manufacturing and digital printing plant in FL is searching to hire a Print Production Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Shop floor supervisor who will direct print production from prepress through to shipping.
• Responsible for 4 direct employees.
• Lead, coach and develop high performing teams.
• Continuously identify areas for Process Improvements using data.
• Report regularly on production status to the Plant Manager.
  
  

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years' print production management or leadership experience.
• Good technical knowledge of envelope printing and converting processes a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of prepress, digital and offset printing and finishing operations.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Practices to improve efficiencies and reduce waste and down times.
• Excellent communication skills engaging with hourly and management personnel.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and employee training skills.
• PC proficient.
