Position: Temporary Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant
Duration: Temporary Position
Focus: Interior painting and general maintenance
What You'll Do
Support the Plant Supervisor in day-to-day maintenance operations
Focus on interior painting projects throughout resident apartments and common areas
Assist with community events setup as needed
Maintain both interior and exterior community spaces, including light groundskeeping
Help ensure resident apartments and shared spaces are safe, functional, and beautiful
What We're Looking For
Experience in a maintenance role or similar position
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiarity with painting tools, prep, and techniques
