Job Description:
The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing units, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. This includes collaborating with charge nurses to develop and implement effective care plans for residents, ensuring that individual nursing care plans are followed and updated as necessary, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing services.
