**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Truck Loader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Preparing and arranging for transportation
- Loading heavy furniture up to 100lbs
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials
- Perform order picking and packing duties as needed
- Load and unload trucks with the use of appropriate equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other shipping duties as assigned by supervisor and plant manager.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
- Heavy Lifting/ergonomics
- Ability to use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Proficiency in order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
