About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building relationships with dealerships, and exploring creative ways to sell trailers. You’ll have the opportunity to attend trade shows, leverage social media marketplaces, and reconnect with past customers to expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales: Engage with customers in person, online, and over the phone to sell trailers and provide excellent customer service.
- Dealership Sales: Build and maintain relationships with dealerships to establish long-term partnerships.
- Online Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell trailers through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, forums, and other digital channels.
- Trade Shows & Events: Represent the company at trade shows, set up booths, and work with potential customers to generate sales.
- Customer Retention & Referral Marketing: Re-engage past customers, encouraging them to share their experiences and promote products to their networks.
- Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities and innovative ways to expand the customer base.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Sales: Prior experience in inside and/or outside sales, preferably in the automotive or trailer industry.
- Self-Motivated & Driven: Ability to work independently and proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with a wide range of customers, dealerships, and industry professionals.
- Social Media & Online Marketing Savvy: Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace, online forums, and other digital sales tools.
- Event & Trade Show Experience: Willingness to travel and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for helping customers find the right trailer solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
