What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Medication Support Specialist position at Leisure Living Hartford?
We are seeking a Medication Aide to join our team at Leisure Living Hartford. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications to patients in accordance with physician orders, providing education and support to patients and families, and maintaining accurate records of medications administered. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and Maintain accurate records
- Cooking meals and clean-up.
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as taking vital signs and providing basic patient care.
- Assist, if needed by the resident, showers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
