NIGHT AUDITOR
MISSION
To ensure hotel/club guest charges are properly posted on a daily basis. To ensure Hotel PMS, Restaurant POS & Club System are properly shut down and backed up on a daily basis. To ensure all guests are provided the same high level of service during night hours as day hours. To ensure hotel/club revenue is posted accurately and timely on a daily basis. To ensure hotel/club credit card receipts are properly treated on a daily basis.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Audit and post revenue - room, tax, parking, movie, phone and other revenue
- Front Office shift work balancing
- Audit all interface charges
- Print the express check out folios
- Complete the daily revenue report
- Print revenue reports for cashier
- Manage the Front Desk for 3rd shift
- Audit and post Food & Beverage revenue
- Audit and post Conference Service, Banquet Events Revenue
- Create and distribute void & comp reports
- Balance and process credit cards settlements
- Complete distributions for revenue and statistics
- Complete the daily Final close out
- Complete and maintain tape backup of systems
- Run shut down process of PMS, POS & MIcros
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates, with or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to:

- Type and operate a computer
- Sit at desk for prolonged periods
- Bend, lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
