WELLNESS ASSISTANT
MISSION
The Wellness Assistant supports the Wellness Director and Group Fitness Director in the overall direction, development, and coordination of wellness and group fitness programs. This role ensures a high standard of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and member engagement while assisting in the successful integration of new members into the club. The Wellness Assistant also provides support to personal trainers, enforces club policies, and connects members to club offerings to enhance their fitness experience and overall well-being.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
Conduct 3-4 daily club walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Address and resolve equipment issues reported via QR code emails.
Assist with cardio equipment updates, channel scans, and reboots using the backend system access codes.
Communicate with PremierFitness regarding equipment concerns, parts ordering, and repairs.
Maintain proper storage and organization of accessories (kettlebells, dumbbells, mats, etc.).
Perform post-class studio checks, ensuring weights, mats, and other items are neatly arranged.
Remove towels, water bottles, and used wipes from fitness areas.
Ensure proper functionality of lights, curtains, Myzone connections, and TV channels.
Monitor and confirm Club Wipes delivery and stock supplies in fitness storage.
Enforce club and group fitness policies, including proper footwear, age restrictions, and appropriate etiquette (no filming, no external music, etc.).
Assist with scheduling members for their Health and Fitness Consultation appointments, ensuring timely bookings.
Track Personal Trainers' HFC sessions using the HFC checklist with new members, monitoring their progress, and ensuring consistent engagement throughout the process.
Track HFC session conversions into Personal Training programs.
Oversee the onboarding of newly hired Personal Trainers, mentoring them as they acclimate to the facility, understand and uphold club policies, manage client schedules, and navigate the Health and Fitness Consultation (HFC) checklist process.
Assist with subbing RGT classes, and or coordinating coaches for special events.
Assist with leads generated from RGT raffles through email communication.
Help facilitate associate wellness programs and quarterly challenges.
Manage equipment maintenance status.
Assist members with their InBody and Styku assessments.
Meet / exceed Health and Fitness Consultation (HFC) booking, completion, and conversion goals.
Maintain high standards in facility and group fitness studio cleanliness and organization.
Ensure positive member satisfaction scores through proactive engagement.
Remain current on industry certifications and fitness trends
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Wellness Director and Group Fitness Director
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
