Now Hiring: Maintenance/Security Staff
Key Responsibilities when working Security:
- To provide first class customer service to any visitors coming onto the premises.
- To ensure full adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures.
- To ensure that persons entitled to enter the premises have the appropriate authorization and are politely and efficiently received and assisted.
- To carry out regular patrols to ensure the protection of buildings and property from theft or damage by fire or water.
- To adhere to Company and on site health and safety policies and procedures.
- To take charge of keys, ensuring that they are kept securely, and issuing them to authorised people in accordance with instructions.
Key Responsibilities when working Maintenance:
- Collating and updating records to ensure that they are legible, concise and audit ready.
- Assist in the testing and treatment of water and keeping test records up to date.
- Assist in testing and maintenance of equipment including fire alarm, air conditioning, dehumidifiers.
Qualifications:
- Previous security/maintenance experience is essential
- Must be able to work NOC shift.
- The ability to remain calm when dealing with conflict situations
- The ability to use initiative in resolving situations and problems.
- A good team player who is happy to take direction.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
