Job Title : Gate Guard
Full-Time position : 40 hours (including weekends)
Salary : $19.00 per hr.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, including weekends, must be available to work 2 : 00 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m.

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company for Leisure World of Maryland, is a private, age-restricted community comprised of 29 community associations representing over 5,600 homes and extensive Trust operations, located in Silver Spring, Maryland has immediate openings for Gate Guards to work 2 : 00 p.m. - 10 : 00 p.m. shift. The schedule include weekends and it is subject to change based on operational needs.
Please Note : New Hires will train on a variety of shifts which includes a midnight shift, 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM Employees will continuously work on a variety of shifts and all schedules are subject to change based on operational need.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED. 1-3 years of related experience and / or training preferred but not necessary.
