Job Responsibilities:
As the RV Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales and profitability by executing effective strategies.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments (Service, Parts) to enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales trends and adapt strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage inventory and pricing in alignment with market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RV sales management only.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving goals.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of RV industry trends and products is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
