The Service Writer/Advisor is the dealership’s first line customer relations and service sale representative. The job involves the proper interface with customers with respect to the initial diagnosis of vehicle problems and the sale of same, communication of relevant information to appropriate service personnel, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities. An individual's attitude affects customers, co-workers and job performance. Therefore the position requires that an employee maintain a positive, progressive, cooperative attitude each day, with an ultimate focus on customer satisfaction. Minimum 3 years experience required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of service lanes. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
