Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Leith Kia is seeking an energetic individual to join their team as a full time shipping/receiving clerk. Flexible hours are a MUST. Availability must be from Monday- Friday 6:30am-3:30pm.

• Valid drivers license

Daily Duties

• Verify incoming parts against delivery notes
• Notify the proper team member of any shortages, mispicks, or damages
• Locate stock and special orders in their proper location notifying the proper team member of arrival
• Prepare shipment of parts to be sent out via local delivery or common carrier
• Deliver parts to local customers when needed
• Responsible for cleanliness and organized of the parts department
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventory counts
• Pull and package returns to be sent back to the manufacturer
• Utilization of a forklift to load and unload trucks
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Duties require the ability to operate a computer and make data entry
