JOB SUMMARY
Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking an adventurous, capable Operations & Maintenance Lift Technician I to perform maintenance on ski lifts, gondolas, and trams, providing hands-on support to customers by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. This role will communicate effectively with multiple departments and customers to ensure timely service, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines while documenting all maintenance activities in the Company’s task management system. Your role involves diagnosing malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical expertise, executing necessary repairs, and contributing to efficient project completion.
This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of installation & repair experience with heavy mechanical systems.
- At least 1 year of installation & maintenance experience with AC/DC drives and PLC controls (Allen Bradley and ABB).
- Ability to work in inclement weather in a mountainous environment at heights in excess of 20 feet.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time with a valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Proficient in the English language.
- Licensed as a journeyman or master electrician.
- At least 1 year of previous NDT experience (MT/PT).
- Previous experience in ski lift maintenance & repair.
