Job Description
As a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring our cases progress smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Interaction: Maintaining regular client contact, providing updates, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Case Management: Opening new files, conducting intake calls, requesting medical records, and maintaining organized case files.
- Data Entry: Accurately entering case information into our management system.
- Correspondence: Drafting professional case correspondence and legal documents.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling events, appointments, and deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Sorting and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
