Senior Digital Specialist
Location : Flexible with 50% Travel
Job Description :
Leixir is seeking a Senior Digital Specialist to join our team and assist in the development and execution of our digital strategy aimed at enhancing customer experience, optimizing internal digital workflows, and integrating digital solutions across the business. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of digital dentistry, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. The Senior Digital Specialist will play a key role in managing and supporting the execution of strategic digital initiatives, requiring 50% travel to various Leixir labs, partner / vendor events, and customer offices.
Key Objectives of the Role :
- Assist in the management and support of Leixir’s digital strategy to achieve the following goals :
- Increase digital case submissions as a percentage of total cases submitted.
- Aid in the integration digital approaches and best practices to maximize customer and business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and commission digital outputs to improve customer outcomes and enhance the overall experience.
- Support discovery processes to evaluate Leixir's current digital integration and identify areas for improvement.
- Help create and support a digital integration roadmap aligned with the company’s overarching digital strategy.

Location :
This position is remote. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
