Your job :
- Take full ownership of the client interaction.
- Provide a white glove experience to customers through inbound calls with a goal of first call resolution.
- Provide empathy and trust by de-escalating and resolving client concerns in a professional and exceptional manner.
- Promote value add in alignment with company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Your skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials and techniques preferred.
- Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service field, emphasis in a call center environment or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including customer needs assessment and meeting standards
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This position is located in Oldsmar, FL. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
