We are seeking an energetic PART-TIME Assistant Manager to join our teams at DiG PDX (Beaverton) and LEKA Playland (Tigard). You will be responsible for overseeing many aspects of the daily operations at both locations; you will ensure the facility operates efficiently and effectively. Your primary goal will be to create an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that families have a memorable time while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
You must be able to work weekends and holidays as we are open for play every day of the week.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service. Your positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued! We offer lots of potential for the right candidate, as we continue to grow and expand with multiple locations.

Responsibilities include:
- Check-in families coming to play
- Ensuring that all play equipment, toys, and eating areas are kept clean and organized
- Coordinating and preparing for upcoming birthday parties
- Hosting birthday parties
- Successfully resolving customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking items (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
Note: this position requires frequent standing and regular cleaning duties.
Compensation: $20/hour.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or currently pursuing one. This position is perfect for a student.
- LEKA and DiG are customer-centric businesses. We require you to have experience working as a store manager, in retail, customer service, with children or in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Must have a genuine love for young children!
- Must be willing to work and split your time at both of our locations: LEKA Playland in Tigard and DIG PDX in Beaverton.
- Proficiency in computer skills (e.g., Google Suite) is required.
- We sell and serve beer, wine, cider, and seltzer. Applicants must be willing to obtain an Alcohol Service Permit from OLCC (online class and permit paid by the employer) within 3 months of employment.
CPR certification and OLCC permit is a plus.
