The position is part-time (weekends and evenings from 4:00pm to 9:00pm) with competitive pay.
Position Summary:
The Janitorial Technician ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of community buildings, amenities, and outdoor spaces. This role involves custodial duties, minor maintenance, and assisting with event setup.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain outdoor furniture.
- Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, and pool decks.
- Set up and reset rooms for events and activities.
- Safely use ladders and operate maintenance carts.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager to support organizational goals and operational efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
Salary : $16 - $18
