The Covenants Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the association’s covenants enforcement. This position requires a high level of organization, customer service, and time management skills. This position interacts daily with residents and community volunteers, often in a position as a rule enforcer, which requires tact and a soft-handed approach to achieve desired results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintain current Florida CAM License
Maintain current Florida Drivers License
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse community.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Caliber experience is a plus

The Covenants Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the association’s covenants enforcement. Areas Of Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all inquiries, including educating residents on Covenants rules and regulations.
- Be familiar with the Community’s Design Standard Manual, including knowledge of Florida landscaping, plants, building material, and design and architectural terminology.
- Send Covenants determination letters to homeowners within 48 hours from the voting decision of the Committee, and which is reflected in the meeting minutes.
- Act as central coordinator and record-keeper for all covenants related inquiries, including, but not limited to, violation notices and related processes, regular Committee meetings, meeting notices, meeting minutes, etc.
- Log, record, and maintain all records related to Covenants activity, including records in the Caliber system.
- Tour the property on an ongoing and continual basis performing property and common area inspections. Report common area repairs needed to Community Manager.
- Inspect all 2,348 lots within a month’s time.
- Ensure timely escalation of covenant violations through the standard enforcement process. Exceptions to the process may be authorized by the Covenants Committee or Community Manager, including self-help remedies and fast-tracking to hearings.
- Assist as needed with Association Fining Meetings and Special Hearings.
- Apply/lift sanctions within 48 hours of Covenants meeting. Submit violations to the standard covenants enforcement process.
- Assist the General Manager with the other Committees as needed.
- Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
