Orthodontic Dental Assistant $20-26/hr DOE
POSITION SUMMARY
We are a rapidly growing, upbeat, Orthodontic office in Reno, looking for a long-term Orthodontic Assistant who is dedicated to their work.
To be successful in this role, you should be a good communicator, detail-oriented, have a strong desire to serve and take care of patients, and enjoy working in a team environment. We are looking for a self-motivated and driven assistant who thrives in a culture of immediate feedback and progressive coaching. You must also be organized, tech savvy, and adaptable. There is opportunity for growth in this role for the right person.
Previous orthodontic experience is preferred, but prior experience as a dental assistant is valued.
Spanish speaking is a plus!
Salary range: Hourly: $20-$26 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for upward advancement, growth, and increased salary.

Hours:
Full-time (approximately 36-40hrs/week)
Monday through Thursday 8:30a-5:30p (slight variances dependent on patient and clinic necessity).
We value community involvement and require employees to rotate through monthly events as scheduled.
