Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with experience managing large construction projects. The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director and Project Managers to ensure that all project requirements are met and that the project is on schedule and on budget. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects at one time while maintaining strict attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities:
·Coordinate all phases of projects from start to finish.
·Manage subcontractors, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, sub-subcontractors, and other vendors in a timely manner.
·Manage subcontractor schedules and timelines.
·Review bids from vendors for accuracy and completeness of work.
·Review bid proposals for completeness of work and timeliness of bid submission.
·Review drawings for completeness of work and timeliness of drawings review.
·Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients to discuss plans, specifications, specifications, construction schedules, etc.
·Manage all phases of projects from start to finish including managing subcontractors, vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
·Maintain project files including time sheets for each project you manage as well as maintain subcontractor files including time sheets for each subcontractor you manage as well as maintain subcontractor schedules and timelines for each project you manage (you must be able to do this on your own).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
