The Construction Superintendent oversees a group of workers in the building of construction projects. The successful candidate for this position will lead a team in the safe and timely completion of projects. The Construction Superintendent will assign duties to workers, schedule projects, review budgets and develop work schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction projects, such as Schools, Hospitals & Multifamily work and other construction.
- Conduct safety training for workers.
- Resolve conflicts between workers and contractors.
- Monitor all safety laws and regulations in the construction industry, including OSHA and environmental rules.
- Manage the budget of a project.
- Understand how work site bids were created and monitor their cost to ensure profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,042.00 - $135,000.00 per year
