Overview :
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance of their assigned region. This includes sales and financial performance as well as developing a best-in-class Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Analyzes Regional and Territory performance by product, account, and Sales Representative.
- Ensures Sales Representatives develop and execute territory plans to drive results.
- Provides training and clinical support to Sales Representatives including attending in vascular surgical procedures involving the proper use of our products.
- Assesses and reports on competitive activities, product pricing, product acceptance and problem resolution.
- Builds relationships with Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists, including individual and group contacts, educational support, local and regional society support.
- Collects and shares best practices, competitive information, and vascular / medical news regularly with Sales management and Sales Representatives.
- Attends and supports Sales Representatives at trade shows.
- Provides timely expense reports and manages expenses within predetermined levels.
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Treats others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect at all times.
Management Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree from 4-year College or University required.
5 years prior experience working in Sales. 2 years experience selling Medical Devices to hospitals / operating rooms.
Medical device sales experience.
Microsoft Office (proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
25% Travel
