Overview
The Business Integration Developer will report directly to the Director of Business Applications. The Business Integration Developer will be responsible for integrating D365 Cloud with other cloud-based applications using RESTful APIs. This role involves ensuring smooth data flow between systems, improving business processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications) using APIs and middleware.
- Monitor API performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Manage and support the maintenance of systems developed in-house, including troubleshooting, defect fixing, change requests, designing, and implementing sound solutions.
- Create and maintain technical and sox documentation to reflect developed applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Gather requirements and build solutions for business applications. Work with end users to identify process improvements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Good Project & Task Management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in web application design, API integrations and development
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in API development, with a strong understanding of RESTful principles like REST, HTTP, JSON, HTML, React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js,.
- Minimum 3-5 years of developing solutions using D365 architecture including configuration and customization.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in utilizing programing languages like Perl, Python, PHP ,.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SQL or MySQL writing Queries\Stored Procedures\Views.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Api Apps, and Power Apps is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and\or API technologies are a plus.
- Web Application development using any programming language is a plus.
- Full Stack Developer is preferred.
- Strong analytical, systems and organizational skills.
- Willing to work five days per week in the office.
