Pekin, IL Full time maintenance technician position. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Candidate must have a diverse mix of both hard and soft skills, particularly manual labor skills, including knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, troubleshooting and repairs to household appliances, and carpentry ability to handle basic repairs. Candidates must have attention to details to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and must have interpersonal skills to interact with employees and residents.
They must also have the ability to keep track of multiple work orders and repairs, while prioritizing emergencies.
