- Shaping Procurement Strategies: You will be at the forefront of negotiation with global carriers, ensuring our freight rates are competitive, and that we build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with shipping lines.
- Empowering Regional Teams: Picture yourself mentoring regional heads to solve challenges in their markets while ensuring they are fully equipped to implement the global strategy. You will foster an environment where ideas flow and collaboration thrive.
- Driving Innovation: No two days are the same. One week, you might be piloting a new automated system for booking; the next, introducing digitized dashboards that provide real-time freight insights.

- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in ocean freight or logistics, including managing diverse, cross-regional teams.

- Experience with automation, digitization, and using data-driven approaches to solve complex challenges.
