Overview

The Tires Mounting Associate is responsible for mounting, organizing, stocking, picking, and packing tires kitting orders.

Essential Functions

• Prepares and labels tires according to company standards
• Stocks tires in racks following stocking company standards
• Picks tires based on provided documentation
• Packs tires according to company guidelines
• Mounts tires according to company guidelines
• Pressurizes mounted tires per company guidelines
• Follows all mounting procedural rules
• Maintain orderly housekeeping of assigned area
• Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

• Organizational skills: ability to prioritize and shift between multiple tasks utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish set goals
• Ability to work well in a team
• Mathematics
• Time management

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School or equivalent
• 0-2 years warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred
• 0-2 tire mounting

Physical Demands

• Must be able to move up to 65 pounds
• Must be able to reach a maximum height of 5 feet
• Must be able to move about inside the warehouse while carrying product
• Must be able to communicate verbally and written
• Must be able to read from a screen
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
• Must be able to hold a 2-pound handheld device

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
