Overview
The Tires Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing tires.
Essential Functions
- Unloads the tire trucks making sure quantity delivered matches the delivery receipts, maintaining excellent communication with supervisor when irregularities are found
- Prepares and labels incoming tires according to company standards
- Stocks tires in racks following stocking company standards
- Picks tires based on provided documentation
- Packs tires according to company guidelines
- Comply with all company safety rules and regulations
- Maintain orderly housekeeping of assigned area
- Other tasks as assigned and/or needed
Non-essential Functions
- Cover for other positions as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- Good mathematic, organizational, and time management skills
Physical Demands

- Must be able to move up to 65 pounds, employees are encouraged to use good judgment with heavy or bulky packages, seek help when lifting objects exceeding 35 pounds
- Must be able to reach a maximum height of 7 feet
- Must be able to handle a 2lb handheld device
- Must be able to move about inside the warehouse
- Must be able to communicate verbally and written
- Must be able to read from a screen
- Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
