The ideal candidate will be required to assist their assigned Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 3-5 years work experience within the construction industry. In lieu of degree, 7 years of work experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment
- Superior communication and organization development skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- OSHA Certification
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Document Control Experience
- Experience in projects greater than $20 million
- Ability to travel within the U.S
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
