Responsible for the implementation and production coordination of initiatives to help position the company across all target markets & territories. The candidate, serving as an ambassador of the Lemartec brand, will also support sales initiatives from the graphic design and/or communications standpoints. Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services for all divisions in communications with a focus on proposal design and development. As a result, our Business Development group seeks an individual who has strong skills in the visual and written communications arts, works well under pressure, and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic communications, including but not limited to our employee app, portfolios, and company website.
- Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Be available to conduct market research in line with the company’s strategic plan and direction.
- Apply graphic design knowledge to produce unique promotional materials, presentations, and proposals in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Write, edit, proofread content for marketing materials, submittals, and proposals, as needed.
- Maintain a repository of marketing collateral to aid the Sales/Business Development effort, including but not limited to: brochures, ads, corporate presentations, project profiles, resumes, narratives, etc.
- Develop content/copy for newsletters, blogs, social media, award submittals, press releases/news, advertisements, as needed.
- Coordinate periodic updates to our corporate website and social media channels in line with the company’s communications plan.
- Research and develop relationships with various marketing vendors to ensure best rates and timeframes for critical deadlines.
- Research and maintain up-to-date inventory of tradeshow toolkit, including promotional items.
- Support with the coordination of events and public relations efforts, as needed.
Proposal Responsibilities
- Supports Sales/BD teams of each market sector in meeting proposal deadlines and assisting in any production requirements.
- Develops client proposals that highlight unique differentiators and engage various levels of readership, utilizing graphics to enhance and emphasize key messages.
- Assesses narratives for relevance, clarity, and applicability; collaborates with partners to identify and create new narrative content as needed.
- Proofreads, edits, and refines content to ensure high-quality, compliant, and error-free proposals, maintaining a unified voice and consistent messaging throughout the document.
- Identifies and addresses questions, concerns, and potential communication risks during the strategic visioning and proposal planning stages.
- Works closely with the internal proposal coordinator to craft an overall proposal strategy and design that aligns with client requirements and supports the win strategy and corporate objectives.
- Proactively tracks and manages communication and task assignments for both local and remote partners, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience in developing/designing proposals required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, relevant field preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills
- 5 years working experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
- Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) practitioner certification, Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse group sensitively, thoughtfully, and respectfully.
- Ability to establish, influence, and maintain relationships with decision makers and key partners.
