Duties
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks in manufacturing or warehouse settings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in office buildings, retail spaces, and other business environments, focusing on high-traffic areas.
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed, providing support to ensure quality finishes.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas through regular custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Execute floor care duties including buffing and polishing to maintain a professional appearance of flooring surfaces.
- Act as a porter by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment as required during cleaning operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is essential.
- Basic knowledge of residential painting methods is a plus.
