LeMert Orthodontics is looking for an Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator to join our smile team!

Overview:
- Ability to work Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, with opportunity for additional hours
Scheduling:
- Check-in/out and schedule patients efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experience
Experience:
- Customer service in a professional setting.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications (Dolphin Management is our software system)
