๐ฌ Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, chat & email
๐ Solve problems with a mix of research & critical thinking
๐ค Build strong customer relationships (and have fun doing it!)
๐ Assist with company translations and collaborate with an awesome team
๐ What You Bring to the Table:
โ 3 years of experience in a customer support/contact center role
โ Professional fluency in Spanish & English (youโll use both daily!)
โ Strong communication, problem-solving & tech skills
โ Typing speed of 65 WPM (show off those fast fingers!)
โ Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment
