Job Title: Record Canvass Caller
Work Setting: Remote

Job Description: As an outbound caller, you will be responsible for contacting medical facilities to confirm information on behalf of our valued clients. This role is crucial in providing our clients with accurate and detailed information to verify and support case analysis.
Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, 20-30 hours per week, flexible workday schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to verify information for directed facilities
- Secure estimated time for processing of records and receipt
- Document all interactions and information gathered accurately
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not required
