Lemon Communications is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Communications Executive to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our internal communication strategies, fostering a collaborative company culture, and ensuring that all employees are informed, engaged, and motivated. As an Internal Communications Executive, you will craft and implement communication plans that align with our business goals while promoting a positive working environment. You will work closely with various departments to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that communication flows seamlessly throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, enabling them to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing content for internal newsletters, announcements, and various channels, as well as organizing events that encourage employee interaction and engagement. Your ability to identify opportunities for improvement within our communication processes will be essential to this role. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, bulletins, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather insights and share important updates across the organization.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to communication policies and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the internal communication platforms and channels to ensure content is relevant and accessible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
  • Proficient in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, and social media).
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
