## Duties
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Assist in meal preparation and serving according to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
- Uphold resident rights and promote a safe and caring atmosphere
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of life for residents
## Skills
- Experience in assisting with ADLs and providing care in an assisted living or home community care setting
- Knowledge of resident rights and social work principles
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of residents
