Personal Lines Account Associate is a critical support position within the Lemon Mohler Insurance Agency. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with billing questions
- Process mail, payments & Mailing policies, Endorsements, etc.
- Handle deposits
- Supply order requests
- Responsible for gathering the information for the renewal for the designated Account Manager and Senior Account Manager clients.
- Requote renewal rates on all Personal Lines policies as directed.
- Process all call-in endorsements.
- Handle mortgage changes and other endorsements.
- Accept and apply payments from agency customers.
- Work with mortgage companies to seek payments and resolve balances.
- Accomplish all duties with a high degree of professionalism and maturity.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
The Personal Lines Account Associate must be a highly self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite® and Adobe Acrobat® is preferred, as well as at least six months of work experience or internship in a modernized business environment. No prior insurance experience needed, but a willingness to learn is essential. Training provided, and licensing assistance available.
