Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a mid-to-senior level creative graphic, logo & branding designer for our clients in the home services industry. You will be responsible for designing branded print and digital graphics and occasionally redesigning existing logos or creating entirely new brands. This position will work closely with the designated Brand Marketing Manager(s), Project Coordinator(s), and Content Creator(s), as well as the Graphic Design Lead and Creative Director.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Create and design a wide range of marketing and sales collateral for digital and print purposes, which can include social media graphics, email templates, internal and external marketing displays, PowerPoint presentations, and leave-behinds.
Establish design standards for all logo materials to create a favorable market for the specific client's brand, while providing branding guidelines.
Keep abreast of the latest advertising trends in competitive markets, and support the development of original logo campaigns that are innovative and forward-thinking.
Understands different files types and their utilities (vector, png, jpg, etc)
Presents concepts in a compelling and professional manner
Able to conceptualize an entire brand and expand upon it with further details
Able to produce intensive layout designs that properly organizes extensive copy
Able to make complex logos that include numerous variations, illustrations, custom typography, etc
Able to independently illustrate a character mascot
Able to design vehicle wraps in their completion and has a good understanding of the installation process and limitations
Analyze content as a whole and reconfigure to properly emphasize hierarchy, for readability, user experience, etc
Ability to adjust copy to benefit the design as well as the user experience
Shows tremendous diversity in design style that can complement different brands
Able to produce well-thought-out logo designs and illustrate mascots
Implements appropriate size, orientation, and color mode for specific applications
Able to troubleshoot as problems arise with design or file
Requirements and Qualifications :
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop)
Portfolio demonstrating versatility between brand, logo, and digital / print design
5 years relevant design experience
Able to illustrate logos and mascots
Able to design infographics and social media posts
Creative, detail-oriented, and active learner
Solutions driven with excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to attend company events in Lufkin Texas or surrounding areas up to 3 times a year with at least 30 days notice
