We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients. This position requires a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and other disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral health practices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
- Ensure that all clinical activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, ABA or a related field.
- Valid licensure or certification in behavioral health or related area.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficient understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in patient care management.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
