Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods.
- Provide support during special events or banquets as needed.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
- A background in the food industry or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
