What you’re applying for
We’re looking for a results-oriented Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our media partnerships channel, with a focus on content publishers and review sites.
You’ll play a key role in growing Lemonade’s affiliate revenue across all of our product lines by strengthening relationships with existing partners and acquiring new strategic partnerships. In addition, you’ll be tasked with growing new verticals, building a strong prospecting pipeline, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive our content channel growth strategy.
In this role you'll
- Manage and nurture relationships with our existing marketing partners, working closely with them to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded activities, and other growth initiatives.
- Own business development activities in the content publisher channel, building a pipeline of potential new partners, leading negotiations and agreement contracting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including Product, Analytics and Engineering
- Manage budgets allocated to your partnership portfolio, and track and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the content media space
What you'll need
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related role, ideally at a high growth B2B or B2C company
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record of driving growth within digital media channels, with expertise in leveraging SEO/SEM to enhance partnership strategies
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to drive actionable insights from data
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills; you can communicate effectively and can negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $130,000 plus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Speak to your recruiter to hear more about the specific salary range for your preferred location.
