As a SIU Investigator, you’ll use your investigative skills and training to help us settle losses quickly and efficiently while exceeding customer expectations along the way.

- 5 years of investigative claims experience, with excellent customer focus (and experience working with SIU)
- Working knowledge of investigative techniques for Physical Damage, Bodily Injury, and PIP/Medical Payments fraud.
- Ability to analyze data, plan case strategy, prepare case reports, and partner with Claims team members to prove or rule out suspect factors on auto claims
- Tech savvy; comfortable with advanced investigative tools (ISO, Accurint, TLO, etc.)
- The desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with Auto Damage Estimating
- Knowledge of vehicle telematics
