We help our clients breathe easier by bringing clarity and systems to their homes — and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Staff Organizer to support our on-site team.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who loves organization, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow with a mission-driven company.

What we're looking for:
- year of experience in professional organizing, interior styling, or a related field preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, spatial awareness, and a natural sense of order
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfort working on-site in client homes — often with clients present
- A calm, warm presence with a solution oriented mindset
- Willingness to work on your feet, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb stairs or use a step stool
Responsibilities:
- Support our team on organizing projects in clients’ homes
- Assist with unpacking, sorting, categorizing, folding, labeling, and system setup
- Help with donation drop-offs, trash/recycling removal, and basic surface cleaning
- Load and unload organizing products and client belongings as needed
- Follow direction from Lead and Senior Organizers to ensure every session runs smoothly
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while in client homes
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
