About the Role
The Junior Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager. They will
support the Project Manager in executing the project life cycle from start to finish. The
role will engage in various tasks that assist our internal teams in meeting deadlines and
delivering exceptional results for all of our clients. Some examples of these tasks may
include: performing maintenance and quality of life upgrades on projects, transporting
projects between sites via moving trucks, and coordinating & leading local teams to
ensure careful, efficient activation and deactivation of projects. These tasks will involve
working on a constant cycle of multiple projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a
somewhat irregular schedule. They will be eager to perform regular travel of up to 50%
(within the United States and Canada) mixed between flying and driving transport trucks
up to 26 feet long. They will be capable and willing to perform physical tasks to
assemble, disassemble, and perform maintenance on projects, including some heavy
lifting. They will be able to accomplish all assigned tasks independently with minimal
daily oversight from the Project Manager. They will be able to think on their feet to
provide solutions to unforeseen problems in the moment. They will be an effective oral
and written communicator. They will be a team player that thrives in collaborative

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in all tasks related to the project life cycle.
- Grow and maintain working relationships with local contractors across the United
States and Canada.
- Collaborate with the Director of Production, the Project Manager, and other
members of LeMonde Studio to maintain and deliver all projects in a timely and
efficient manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all projects (both those that are active as well
as in production) so as to be able to perform maintenance when necessary.
- On-site implementation of assigned projects including delivery, set up, tear down,
and warehousing.
- Work within existing processes and software solutions to help company
operations flow smoothly.
Requirements
- Reside in Austin, TX or the surrounding area. While this job is primarily remote,
there are components of this job that require being local to our Austin team and
facilities.
- Have at least a HS diploma. A college degree is preferred but not required.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a valid passport.
- 1 years working with collaborative, cloud-based software such as Microsoft
365, Google Suite, or similar.
- 0-2years in a support or coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in any creative field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
