Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to handle a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both state and federal employment laws and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation.
- Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.
- Represent clients in both individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims.
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral arguments.
- Develop case strategies, identify key legal issues, and work toward favorable resolutions, either through settlement or trial.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain strong client communication, ensuring clients are informed of case progress and developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to build and strengthen case strategies. Benefits :
